Clear Creek Developments LLC started here with a fairly basic idea: one team accountable for the whole job, budgets you can trust, and work that's still standing strong decades from now.
Our Story
Why we do the planning ourselves.
Clear Creek Developments started in 2013, after years of watching projects go wrong in the same handful of places: between the architect and the contractor, between the estimate and the bid, between what got promised and what actually showed up on the punch list. We built the company to close those gaps.
Today we handle design-build, preconstruction planning, construction management, and general contracting on projects all over Oklahoma. Federal facilities, where the documentation and quality standards leave no room to argue. Municipal fire stations. Schools and commercial buildings. Home base is Lawton, and the work goes wherever our clients are building.
Those projects look nothing alike, but they get the same discipline. One team responsible for the outcome, a budget you can trust, and a builder who still answers the phone years after closeout.

We live where we build. The office has been on SW D Avenue in Lawton since the beginning, and word gets around fast in a town this size.

The duck is a reminder of what a well-run project should feel like from the owner's chair: smooth and quiet and under control, while a whole lot of coordinated effort goes on below the waterline. That part is our job. You get the glide, we do the paddling.
