What's Included
What you get with construction management
Owner's advocate
We sit on your side of the table. Every subcontract, submittal, and pay application gets reviewed with your interests in mind, and you'll hear from us when something doesn't look right.
Budget and schedule control
Open reporting on cost and progress at every stage, so there's never a month where you're left wondering where the project actually stands.
Subcontractor coordination
Bid packaging, procurement, and day-to-day management of the trades. We've worked with most of these subs since 2013, and they show up for us.
Quality and closeout
Inspections, punch lists, warranties, and the document turnover package. We stay on it through closeout and after.
Common Questions
What does a construction manager do?
A construction manager plans, coordinates, and oversees a construction project on the owner's behalf. That covers budgets, schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control from preconstruction through closeout.
Construction management vs. general contracting: what's the difference?
A general contractor delivers a defined scope for a contracted price. A construction manager comes in earlier, usually on a fee basis, and runs the whole delivery process as the owner's advocate, including preconstruction, bidding, and coordination. We do both, and we'll tell you which one fits your project better.
